One Step Beyond

Created by Merwin Gerard, One Step Beyond presents storylines that defy understanding as well as an exploration of the unknown and supernatural. The original series ran for three seasons on ABC from January 1959 to July 1961. Produced a year before Twilight Zone, this series sparked the growing interest in paranormal suspense in the late 1950's. The primary difference between the two shows was the effort One Step Beyond made to discover and present "real" stories of supernatural events and recreate them for each episode - all said to be based on true events.

The Brady Bunch: The Complete Series

When widower Mike Brady (Robert Reed) marries a lovely lady named Carol Ann (Florence Henderson), their two families become one. The six children include Carol's Daughters: Marcia (Maureen McCormick), Jan (Eve Plumb) and Cindy (Susan Olsen), as well as Mike's sons: Greg (Barry Williams), Peter (Christopher Knight), and Bobby (Mike Lookinland). Together with their dog Tiger and quirky housekeeper Alice (Ann B. Davis), this wild clan became the Brady Bunch!

Mystery, Alaska

When it comes to the subject of community, David E. Kelley--the prolific writer-producer behind television's The Practice and Ally McBeal--falls somewhere on a continuum between directors Howard Hawks and Robert Benton. While Hawks's professional characters are bound by a knowledge of how to do what they do even if they don't know why, Benton's people, professional or not, have long ago substituted their own eccentric reasons for that elusive why.

Roller Boogie

Roller Boogie is the film that asks: can a classical flautist and a roller skating dude find true love and happiness in the California sun while boogying on skates to 70's disco tunes? Roller Boogie stars Linda Blair (The Exorcist) as Terry Barkley, a genius flautist (and Juilliard hopeful) and Jim Bray (real life roller skating phenomenon) as Bobby James, a maniac on skates with all the right moves and his sights set on becoming an Olympic Roller Skater.

My Boy Jack

As affecting as it is thought-provoking, ITV's My Boy Jack illustrates the dangers of unbridled patriotism. To grow up the child of a famous author is burden enough, but when the boy must embody the beliefs of the man, the consequences can be devastating. In the case of John "Jack" Kipling (Harry Potter's Daniel Radcliffe in his most mature role to date), 17-year-old son of Rudyard Kipling (Four Weddings and a Funeral's David Haig), his father's passion for King and Country leads to a preventable tragedy.

Eager to prove herself, she seeks famed choreographer Prem Rajput's (Bollywood superstar Salman Khan) guidance, and a whirlwind romance begins... until Marigold discovers Prem holds a powerful, inescapable past--and a future that holds no place for her.
