Jagged Bitter Laugh

Jagged Bitter Laugh, the first solo album from Italian guitarist Cristian Regnicoli, offers a unique musical experience between a rock sound and acoustic/ethnic atmospheres. As Regnicoli explains, "The concept of this album arose in 2006, when i found by chance, in the hard disk of an old multitrack recorder, many ideas jotted down during more or less creative phases. Developing those "drafts", this work came out almost instinctively, and it features sounds and atmospheres i've been fond of through the years. For this reason, Jagged Bitter Laugh is an album containing many different stories - it represents a life experience, made out of the passions of my youth, along with personal and professional meetings that influenced my growth. It is absolutely not an arrival, but an opening into what I see just as the beginning of a long journey."
