Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire (2005)

Growing up means facing challenges you never asked for, sometimes long before you feel ready. Mike Newell's "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" follows Harry (Daniel Radcliffe) through his fourth year at Hogwarts, which begins with the thrilling Quidditch World Cup and the chilling appearance of the Dark Mark, a sign that Lord Voldemort's Death Eaters are growing bolder. Back at school, Hogwarts hosts the legendary Triwizard Tournament, in which champions from three wizarding schools face a series of dangerous challenges. The mysterious Goblet of Fire selects the competitors, and this year it makes a shocking choice: Hogwarts will have two champions, Cedric Diggory (Robert Pattinson) and, although he's too young to enter, Harry. Can Harry survive dragons, an underwater rescue and a treacherous maze while juggling schoolwork and the awkwardness of the Yule Ball, or will the looming return of Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes) prove too much? Brendan Gleeson joins the cast as eccentric Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher Mad-Eye Moody.
